The last Mars in this shooting season and in 2019 – the angular size of Mars is only 6.4 seconds of arc, and the distance to Earth is about 220 million kilometers (which is comparable to the distance from the Sun to Mars). The best conditions for observing Mars will be in the autumn of 2020.
